Manage and grow direct enterprise client relationships within Scarpel Telecom's global A2P messaging business. This role is dedicated to building long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, measurable results, and strategic support aligned with their communication goals.
We’re looking for a structured, hands-on Operations Lead to help design and implement scalable, efficient internal processes across Scarpel. Reporting directly to the COO, this role serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that teams across functions operate in alignment, with clear systems and measurable outcomes that drive sustainable growth. The Operations Lead will focus on optimizing workflows, improving communication between departments, and promoting operational excellence.
