An experienced and visionary Software Architect will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of our platform as we work to transition from a monolithic to a modern microservices-based architecture. This role is crucial to the success of our platform's growth, shaping its future, and driving its evolution. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative team culture.

As a Data Verification Specialist, you will act as a critical gatekeeper for licensure and documentation. You’ll not only confirm that healthcare professionals meet U.S. state requirements but also verify vaccination compliance. Additionally, you’ll review and maintain accurate work logs to ensure all hours are properly recorded.

You will focus on enhancing ShiftKey's marketplace platform within the healthcare labor industry by shaping solutions that improve marketplace dynamics, such as matching efficiency, supply-demand alignment, and platform integrity. You’ll drive accountability to ensure each solution meets our high bar for value, usability, and feasibility, leveraging business acumen, user empathy, and strong product judgment throughout the product lifecycle.
