Looking for a Senior Product Designer with strategic thinking, high autonomy and solid criteria, someone who can take ownership of complex features, deeply understanding the impact of their decisions both on the business and on the user experience. You will work closely with PMs, Tech and other designers, raising the operational level of the team, anticipating risks and detecting opportunities to promote high-impact solutions.

Monitor competitor pricing and perform scrap of competitor rates. Alert price changes in major competitors. Execute pricing scrap projects. Generate alerts for competitor price decreases. Understand competitor pricing strategy. Address requests for price improvements and apply proposed prices on platform. Identify and track guides with negative NR. Execute strategies to correct negative NR. Monitor coverage and ensure we cover the same coverage as the carriers. Execute coverage correction actions.

Consults various sources of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product problems and detect opportunities for improvement, conducts evaluative and generative research using mixed techniques, facilitates workshops, and collaborates continuously with the product team.
