SkyGrid

This role is responsible for day-to-day development of simulation models, sim framework, and tools in support of project needs; and ensuring effective alignment between the simulation team and other internal teams by managing customer requests involving simulation capabilities and driving the integration of external simulation tools, including those from Boeing and other partners into the SkyGrid ecosystem.

Manage system, software and hardware quality assurance for all SkyGrid products, reporting to the Director of Assurance, and ensuring that company operating standards and the product/program meet quality assurance standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in system, software, hardware quality assurance processes, as well as corporate quality assurance and is familiar with Quality Management System (QMS) associated standards such as AS9100 or ISO9001.

This role involves defining and architecting SkyGrid’s systems across the Systems Engineering “V”, including development of use cases, requirements, and functional architectures. Responsibilities include support for certification activities and planning for formal verification and validation activities. You will work with engineers across multiple disciplines as well as Integrated Product Team leads, other systems engineers, program managers, and the Chief Engineer.
