Lead the strategy, systems, and storytelling that keep our growing advocate team informed, aligned, and inspired. You'll lead the development and execution of all communication efforts that support our advocates. This role will work closely with Advocate Operations, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure communication is clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels.
The Advocate Lifecycle Manager will lead the non-clinical journey of the advocate team, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and engagement. This position will focus on developing and scaling systems, tools, and processes necessary to ensure advocates consistently provide excellent care. The role involves owning the full operational lifecycle of advocates, designing onboarding programs, and developing systems to drive engagement and satisfaction.
As a Technical Product Manager at Solace, you’ll take ownership of building and optimizing the systems that power our user experience and internal operations. You’ll operate at the intersection of data, product, and operations—diving deep into the funnel, asking hard questions, and translating complexity into clarity. The role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, growth, care teams, and leadership to define, build, and launch features that drive measurable results.
