As an Operations and Enablement Lead dedicated to Care Coordination, your role bridges Care Coordination and SonderMind’s broader technology ecosystem, combining tooling strategy with hands-on system expertise. You will assess workflows, optimize processes, and configure backend systems to meet the demands of a high-volume environment, owning the implementation and daily configuration of Care Coordination tools to ensure the team can manage referrals, patient conversion, and partner integrations.
