Looking for a Care Coordination Specialist to provide non-clinical administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators in the Case Management program, involving obtaining and managing medical documents and ensuring accurate record retrieval. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage correspondence efficiently in a virtual environment.
The Customer Service Representative ensures all aspects of beneficiary care are met through working with different departments or individuals across multiple locations and specialties. The Universal Agent will be working Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. The representative assesses beneficiaries, identifies needs, ensures accurate data entry, resolves issues, and refers beneficiaries to network providers.
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential need for Registered Nurse Disease Managers. These will be completely remote positions, working entirely from the Nurse’s home. The Nurse will be performing assessments, education and training to coordinate care for the dependents of our Nation’s Active Duty and eligible retirees.
