  • Build and mature a crypto-native compliance program, partnering with product and engineering teams to embed compliance into daily operations.
  • Write and implement clear SOPs, manage day-to-day compliance activities, and handle transaction monitoring, investigations, and SAR filings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Product, Ops, and Sales teams to design guardrails for new business lines and scale the program globally.
