Support students in navigating state-specific Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements. Provide timely support to our students successfully resolving inquiries using Front/HubSpot. Work 1:1 with students to help them stay on-track academically, meeting all requirements for graduation

Develop and review a comprehensive LXMO/LMRT curriculum. Evaluate instructional materials to ensure content accuracy per certification competencies. Collaborate with program managers, content developers and the Stepful internal team.

Teach highly-engaging, live, virtual classes over Zoom four times a week. Deliver clear, engaging instruction aligned to Stepful’s standardized curriculum. Provide timely feedback and targeted remediation to students who are struggling academically or with confidence.
