The Salesforce Client Success Consultant (CSC) provides ongoing Salesforce CRM administration and proactive support for a group of assigned clients. This person may also support implementation projects alongside a Senior Consultant. This role is designed for a Salesforce professional who is eager to grow into a consulting career or already has consulting experience.

As a Banner Financial Aid Consultant, you will utilize your expertise in working directly with the Ellucian Banner Financial Aid module to provide implementation support, training, consulting, and technical assistance at client sites. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing current business processes, making recommendations for process improvement through the use of technological tools, assisting clients with the Financial Aid year roll, and ensuring compliance with Department of Education requirements.

SIG is seeking an experienced Ellucian Banner® Human Resource and Payroll Consultant to work with colleges and universities, improving their HR and payroll processes using the Ellucian Banner software. The consultant will provide implementation services, training, functional consulting, and technical support for Banner® at client sites. This role involves analyzing current HR and payroll processes, suggesting improvements, and addressing related questions and issues.
