Serve as an internal advisor and technical liaison during the implementation of a third-party VDI solution. Support IT and Business Systems teams by providing hands-on expertise in VDI technologies, ensuring alignment with best practices, and enabling successful knowledge transfer from vendor to internal teams. Contribute to establishing a sustainable and scalable VDI model for IT operations, improving on-boarding efficiency, and enabling secure, reliable virtual workspaces.
