As a Senior Recruiter at The Zebra, you’ll play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruiting, owning high-priority roles across multiple departments, and ensuring alignment with hiring managers and cross-functional partners. You should be a proactive partner, an adaptable operator, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative and data-informed environment. Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and close.

This hybrid leadership role will lead a small team of data scientists while also contributing directly to high-impact projects particularly in the areas of modeling, personalization, and data-informed product strategy. You’ll shape the vision of data science across the company, scale team capabilities, and ensure the delivery of measurable business outcomes.
