Truss is looking for a senior software engineer with strong backend Java knowledge, who will be expected to get up to speed on complex code and tax logic quickly and mostly independently. The work is meaningful and the team is dedicated but it can be challenging and everyone is expected to perform and contribute at a high level. In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

As a Product Manager at Truss, you'll support technical teams and client stakeholders by developing and maintaining the product roadmap, establishing and monitoring KPIs and metrics. You will also facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning, and continuously prioritizing the team’s work to meet milestones and deliver.
