Focus will be on short-form video for Instagram/Reels, Facebook, and TikTok, with experimentation in Youtube Shorts and other channels.

Shape the next evolution of TrustedHousesitters' storytelling strategy as Head of Brand & Content Marketing. You will own a unified, insight-driven content strategy to engage and inspire advocacy, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with marketing, product, and community leaders to deliver compelling content across the customer journey.

As a Membership Services Executive, you will provide world-class customer care via email, phone, and live chat, answering member inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a remote role that requires someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for solving problems.
