TrustedHousesitters is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, helping to hire talent, strengthen member experience, and keep culture thriving. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing the ATS (Lever), and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will lead a team of product managers, collaborate with various departments, and focus on improving member retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
