The Regional Admissions Director (RAD) manages a group of territories that consists of 8-12 Field Admissions Representatives while providing leadership through ongoing and consistent training, coaching, development and hiring of top talent. This role requires building effective teams while maintaining focus on achieving results.
As a Field Admissions Representative, you will interact with diverse individuals, managing your schedule independently and traveling within your designated territory. This role involves recruiting students from local high schools, building awareness of Universal Technical Institute, and conducting informative in-home interviews. You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly department enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment efforts.
Oversee quality assurance activities across Data and BI projects, lead test planning, execution, and reporting efforts, ensuring that data products meet quality standards and business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentors QA analysts, and drives continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
