Lead end-to-end proposal development from RFP planning through final submission for ultrapure water projects. Facilitate strategy discussions and kick-off meetings to guide cross-functional bid teams toward a competitive approach. Conduct compliance reviews, manage risks, and support client negotiations across the full sales cycle.
