As a Software Engineer, you will take end-to-end responsibility for components or services, delivering clean, maintainable code and collaborating across disciplines to ship features that matter. You’ll play an active role in improving code quality, designing scalable solutions, and helping newer engineers grow, all while developing your own technical depth.

The Staff Software Engineer role will provide architectural leadership, raise engineering standards, mentor engineers, and shape the long-term technical foundation of our company.

As the Head of Product Design for Voyage Privé, you own the end-to-end experience across all digital customer touchpoints, and the ambition to ensure coherence and excellence wherever users interact with our product. You will define and execute a design vision that elevates both user experience and user interface, with a clear bias for business impact — especially conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Drive innovation and performance for connected inventory, making connected offers convert better than traditional ones. Define the product vision for connectivity, prioritize problems based on data, and evaluate key providers. Coordinate development with tech teams, ensure integration quality, and optimize offer performance. Enable internal teams to manage hotel connectivity and establish regular performance reviews.
