This position plays a critical role in building and maintaining robust backend services, central to a key project, requiring strong expertise in production-level Java. Engineers will evolve to work with Go (GoLang) microservices. The team collaborates across departments, responsible for the long-term quality of the code, crafting reliable web services deployed with containers on Kubernetes. Engineers contribute wherever needed and thrive in a high-trust environment.
This is a unique and pivotal role that requires a person of uncommon skills and disposition focused on developing and refining Weave’s core “AI Templates”, customize them on behalf of customers, and teach our customers how to do so themselves, heavily and directly engaged with customers and requires an ability to work effectively and efficiently with LLM prompts to produce high quality scientific/regulatory documents.
In this role, the Senior Product Manager will partner with an engineering team in India to build and evolve our Customer Lifecycle Management Platform. The goal is to streamline the entire customer journey — from onboarding and activation to training, purchases, and billing — using AI-driven workflows. The focus is on helping both new and existing Weave customers reach value faster, with fewer manual steps.
Join Weave's operational infrastructure fellowship as an engineer, and contribute technically and non-technically within the Developer Experience team (DevX). Work with talented engineers to build tooling and infrastructure for other engineers on autonomous teams that act in Weave’s best interest. You will architect and maintain solutions, provide insights for improvement, and uphold team and company vision.
Support the implementation of TrueLark for brick-and-mortar, appointment-based businesses by managing onboarding workflows, coordinating internal tasks, and ensuring accounts are properly configured and ready for launch. Collaborate closely with customer-facing Onboarding Specialists and Engineering to ensure internal processes operate efficiently and reliably.
