Job Description
As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will support our customers in modernizing their GRC and SecOps processes. You will combine process understanding, technology know-how and consulting expertise to establish sustainable control, risk and compliance processes.
Your tasks include Analysis, design and optimization of GRC, risk, compliance or SecOps processes. You will be Moderating workshops on process definition, reengineering, gap analyses and best practices. Furthermore You will develop sustainable solution architectures, roadmaps and implementation strategies based on ServiceNow (IRM, SecOps, BCM etc.) You will also Identify efficiency and automation potentials including assessment of risks, impacts and priorities, advising our customers on organizational changes as well as in transformation projects and closely collaborate with our Delivery-Teams and customer-side stakeholders. Lastly, support in pre-sales: scoping, effort estimations, RFP processing and solution design
