Senior Backend Software Engineer

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer on the DAO team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable systems that deliver a first-class experience for both Credit Union members and staff — ultimately driving the growth in newly opened accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Product and Design teams, as well as collaborate with external partners, giving you the chance to strengthen skills beyond engineering, such as communication, product thinking, and negotiation. You will enhance our platform, ensure high-quality code and improve team processes to deliver faster solutions.
