Job Description
Looking for someone to partner with AI engineers and data engineers to develop data-driven solutions that enhance product performance and customer experience. You will design, build, and maintain churn prediction models to identify and mitigate customer attrition and develop predictive and recommendation models to optimize personalization and engagement strategies. Leading exploratory data analysis and modeling for AI and LLM (Large Language Model) -based projects is a must, as is analyzing and interpreting marketing and customer datasets to uncover insights that inform business decisions. It is also important to develop and automate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders championing data best practices and contributing to a culture of experimentation and measurement across teams. Experience with AI/LLM technologies and understanding of their practical applications is a must.
