Data Analyst – Pharmacy Accelerator Proforma Development

Pillr Health is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data Analyst to support specialty pharmacy management by developing financial proformas for health system clients. This role bridges clinical pharmacy operations and financial modeling, enabling informed decision-making and sustainable growth in specialty pharmacy services. The Data Analyst will develop customized financial proformas for health system clients evaluating specialty pharmacy programs, analyze pharmacy claims, reimbursement rates, drug utilization, and payer mix to forecast revenue and cost scenarios, collaborate with clinical pharmacists, finance teams, and client stakeholders to gather relevant data inputs, integrate industry benchmarks and 340B program considerations into financial models, present findings through dashboards, pivot tables, and visual reports tailored to executive audiences. The Data Analyst will also monitor and validate data accuracy across multiple sources including EHRs, charge masters, and wholesaler pricing.
