Job Description
This role acts as the 'face' of Luna in a region and has an understanding of field sales. As a problem solver, the Partner Account Manager proactively communicates with potential providers to ensure Luna's success. They oversee and manage multiple markets and focus on key partners to grow sales, while collaborating closely with PRM partners to grow the territory. They utilize various business development practices to grow the region by working with partners to increase awareness amongst physicians and clinical practices. The role involves managing high-volume partner accounts, building and maintaining relationships with physicians and office personnel, and achieving HVA physicians and accounts. Encouraging physicians and their team to refer patients to Luna by creating trust in the Luna model and providing excellent customer service is important, as is scheduling and performing briefings with physician teams. PAMS analyze regional data, maintain orderly data, collaborate with Luna employees, and meet or exceed monthly goals.
