Quality content is critical to Simon’s growth and establishing our brand as a leader in the CDP space, therefore we are looking for a content marketing manager. This role has a player-coach mentality--you should be willing to create content, while also managing the workflow and output of contract writers, playing a foundational role in shaping overall content strategy.
Responsibilities include owning the content editorial calendar, defining brand voice and tone standards, and producing high quality demand gen and brand awareness content such as blogs, guides, white papers, e-books, one-sheets, case studies, presentations, webinars and videos. Delegate and manage the output of contract writers to support content strategy. Other responsibilities include scaling content efforts through establishing content production systems and processes, owning Simon’s social media presence, working with Growth Marketing Manager on content optimization, and collaborating with contract design resources to conceptualize and create engaging visuals to go along with content.
