About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior Manager, GMP Quality Assurance to lead quality systems across clinical and commercial products.
- This role provides leadership for internal teams and external partners to ensure GMP/GDP compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead batch release activities including review and approval of batch records and material disposition.
- Provide GMP oversight for manufacturing and distribution partners and manage investigations and CAPA.
- Drive quality system improvements and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences and 8+ years of GMP quality experience in pharma or biotech.
- We offer a competitive base salary range of $138,000 - $190,000 plus annual bonus and long-term incentives.
