AI Coordinator

The AI Coordinator role involves coordinating reporting, technical, quality assurance, and task-level aspects of data service delivery. The coordinator operates within all tooling platforms required to deliver services and coordinate third-party data service workers (raters) to ensure high quality and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include advanced data entry, analysis, and reporting using Excel and Google Sheets, full expertise in tooling platforms, internal reporting using dashboards and pivot tables, proactive communication with the TrainAI sourcing team, building detailed knowledge of data service tasks, cooperation with Quality, E2E communication management with raters, intra-day task status monitoring, handling exceptions and issues, proactive QA coordination, and participation in the implementation of new tools.
