Job Description
As an SEO Account Manager, you will conduct client calls to discuss performance, strategies, and upcoming initiatives, while maintaining consistent day to day client communications. You'll lead monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients, presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within your client portfolio and handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism, always focusing on client success.
You will lead SEO strategy & oversight, and team leadership & collaboration. Manage a pod of strategist and editor, providing guidance and fostering their professional development. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including Growth Engineers, Specialists and Editors to ensure seamless project execution.
