Drive new client acquisition through your network in the San Francisco tech recruiting ecosystem, building relationships with VCs, talent partners, and portfolio companies. Own the complete client lifecycle from prospecting through renewals - manage the full sales cycle, then handle ongoing account management, Match Day collaboration, and strategic relationship expansion. Represent Fonzi at 2+ SF events monthly - independently show up, set up, facilitate, and work the room at our hosted industry events. Build scalable sales processes from scratch while working closely and cross-functionally with Marketing, Recruiting, and Engineering teams to improve our product.
