Job Description
You are responsible for supporting complete customer infrastructures in close customer contact on site or remotely in the SME sector. The consulting, operation and further development of our customers' on-premise, private and public cloud platforms in the technology areas of Microsoft Server and Clients, Azure, network, virtualization, backup/restore, databases, antivirus, monitoring, security and more are also part of your tasks. Your involvement in change, problem and incident management (second-level) and independent implementation of projects is required. In the area of requirement engineering, you will skillfully record the IT infrastructure-related requirements from the customer and actively support the presales process. You take on responsibility and create IT concepts/IT architectures based on the requirements. The optimal customer support and implementation of projects with a focus on quality, effectiveness and efficiency complete your area of responsibility.
