Review and audit student interactions across advising, tutoring, and support programs.
Evaluate adherence to internal standards and best practices.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve the student experience.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree.
Clinical training (current resident, fellow, or practicing physician) strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
