Accountant

We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and growth-minded Accountant to join our lean and agile Finance team. This is a foundational hire that will take full ownership of our financial books and help shape scalable, efficient systems as we grow. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, overseeing expense reporting, maintaining financial controls, leading the close process, and supporting financial forecasting. This role reports directly to our Head of Finance and Revenue Operations. You will take full ownership of the general ledger, including AP, AR, payroll journal entries, commission tracking, and bank reconciliations. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with speed and precision and prepare financial statements. You will also own and improve the company’s expense reporting process, including employee reimbursements and card reconciliation, and contribute to short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.
