Job Description

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Design and develop data models and reports to provide insights into HR and marketing metrics.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and marketing platforms.
  • Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition and marketing efforts.

Technical Skills:

  • Utilize Power BI (Cloud & Desktop) for data modeling, visualization, and dashboard building.
  • Proficient in SQL and data integration tools like Power Query and Azure.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools, Jira, and various dashboarding & data tools.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Bridge the gap between business needs and data models, translating recruiting requirements into data requirements.
  • Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and analysts to scope and deliver new features.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a concise and user-friendly manner.
