Job Description
Financial Operations & Reporting: Lead monthly closing activities, prepare MIS reports, and manage accounts consolidation. Receivables, Payables & Cash Flow: Work with business teams on invoices, ensure vendor payments, and optimize cash flow. Compliance, Taxation & Payroll: Coordinate statutory filings, oversee payroll processing, and maintain documentation. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration: Identify process gaps, partner with teams, and support financial planning. What Makes You a Strong Fit: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with accounting systems.
