WorldStrides is seeking a results driven and service-oriented Service Desk Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to serve in a demanding customer-facing role including Service Desk phone support and onsite deskside support as needed. A qualified candidate will display impeccable customer service skills and customer focus as this individual will represent WorldStrides Global IT at one of our remote offices.
Responsibilities include providing initial line of Service Desk support for internal clients, responding to inbound calls, fielding email requests, and documenting incidents. This role also provides remote phone-based support in a heterogeneous technology environment, including Microsoft Productivity Suite, Dell and Apple hardware, and various Microsoft operating system issues. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is preferred. The candidate will also support installation and configuration of various software and troubleshoot remote and onsite hardware problems.
