Responsibilities:
- Edit 15–20 educational YouTube Shorts per week, from raw footage through final export.
- Edit long-form YouTube content with strong narrative structure and visual storytelling.
- Create AI-generated 3D-style animated scenes that illustrate health concepts.
- Craft hook-first openings, retention-optimized pacing, and sound design.
Requirements:
- Strong video editing skills across both short-form vertical and long-form horizontal formats.
- Working command of AI video and image tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.).
- Proven ability to produce 3D-style animated scenes.
- A portfolio demonstrating both editing and AI animation work.
Compensation:
- Pay range: $30 - $45/hour depending on experience.
