- Own and manage LemFi's Chinese social media channels with a monthly content calendar.
- Develop and execute culturally resonant content strategy, spotting trends and cultural moments.
- Build and nurture online communities, using data to sharpen strategy.
Content and Localisation:
- Translate and localise product content across mobile, web, and blog via CMS.
- Maintain brand voice and cultural accuracy while optimising for SEO.
- Leverage AI tools for faster content creation and iteration.
Operations and CRM:
- Plan and execute customer engagement campaigns via email and push notifications.
- Support daily funding operations and liquidity monitoring across payment channels.
- Coordinate fund allocation and FX activities for smooth transaction flow.
