Application Enablement Analyst

This role reports to the Application Enablement Manager. As a rapidly growing organization, agility and scalability are critical. The Application Enablement team furthers these principles by defining and implementing improvements across the product suite. This role is consultative, partnering with clients to understand their value-based care reporting goals and guiding them toward holistic strategies that span multiple Arcadia Analytics tools. The analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights to empower both payers and providers to improve outcomes and enhance performance. Candidates must have hands-on experience creating and analyzing value-based care reports and contributing to decision-making on strategies to optimize performance including initiatives focused on quality improvement, financial outcomes, and operational efficiency.
