Strategic Compensation Programs: Lead the implementation of competitive, equitable, and compliant global compensation programs; Develop and execute global compensation communication and education strategies; Monitor compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.
Pay Equity and Compliance: Lead pay equity efforts, including policy development and regular analyses; Ensure compliance with legal requirements and public disclosure mandates; Provide analysis and insights based on market studies and compensation trends.
Advisory and Management Roles: Serve as a key advisor and subject matter expert to the People team, leaders, and employees; Manage internal and external relationships to optimize compensation processes; Inspire others by caring for their own wellbeing and colleagues.
