Job Description

Responsibility for achieving growth targets in New Sales and sustainable business development in the Healthcare market in Germany. Development of a strategic sales plan for the whole of Germany with a focus on high-margin healthcare business. Implementation of our integrated sales strategy in close cooperation with internal departments. Proactive acquisition of new customers and development of a strong sales pipeline in the healthcare segment. Planning and sale of complex security solutions (Security Solutions) including risk analysis and concept development. Support in the further development of existing customers through active portfolio management (cross/up-selling, price negotiations). Creation and calculation of individual offers in cooperation with internal specialists. Carrying out sales discussions and presentations at decision-maker level. Active networking in the healthcare market and participation in relevant industry events. Market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities and trends. Regular reporting on market trends, competitive analyses and sales performance.
