Job Description

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Intake, triage, and perform Level 1 technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide frontline technical support for various teams.
  • Maintain ownership of tickets throughout lifecycle.

Documentation and Communication:

  • Accurately document all findings and steps taken.
  • Provide proactive communication regarding ticket status.
  • Assist with documentation updates and training guides.

Technical Skills:

  • Utilize internal and external tools for investigation and triage.
  • Review and interpret EDI formats.
  • Escalate complex issues when needed.
