Public Sector Strategic Account Executive - SLED, Florida Remote

As a Strategic Account Leader on our Public Sector Team, you’ll assist state and local agencies and higher education institutions in modernizing their software development and security practices using GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Your role involves aligning GitLab with agency priorities such as CI/CD automation, secure development practices, and infrastructure modernization in regulated environments, while serving as the primary contact for strategic and large prospects. Reporting to a Regional Director, you will manage a defined book of business, create and implement multi-year account strategies, navigate complex procurement cycles, and collaborate closely with system integrators and resellers to achieve outcomes important to public sector missions. The Public Sector Team focuses on helping U.S. state and local governments and higher education institutions modernize how they build, secure, and operate software using GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
