Senior Solutions Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join Grafana Labs’ world-class Customer Experience team. You’ll operate with one foot in the code and the other in the customer’s world. Whether it’s understanding container orchestration in Kubernetes, fine-tuning Prometheus queries, or clarifying the nuances between logs, metrics, and traces—you’ll bring clarity and confidence to complex technical landscapes. You’ll deliver high-impact training, jumpstart engagements, and offer tailored technical consulting to help customers succeed. The team is nimble and is the fulcrum to accelerate the delivery of the solution for customers.
