Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Analyst with a strong focus on reporting, dashboards, CRM Analytics (CRMA) , and Xactly to join our team. This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions, and enhancing the performance of our Salesforce and incentive compensation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Build and manage advanced datasets, lenses, and dashboards using CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics) . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions. Integrate and analyze data from Xactly to support sales performance management and compensation reporting. Monitor data quality and integrity across Salesforce, CRMA, and Xactly platforms. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth. Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices. Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Compensation teams to optimize data structures and reporting capabilities. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
