About the Role:
- As the Head of Data & AI, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of a unified data organization.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience across Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Quantitative Analytics, and Data Analytics.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing technical data teams.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and experience building production-grade data and machine learning applications.
