Job Description
Redzone is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Python) to join the team focused on developing and maintaining the Redzone Champion AI platform. This platform is central to AI use-cases across various QAD products. This role within the Engineering team, based in the US, Mexico, and Europe, offers opportunities to engage with diverse teams and projects. The Engineering team designs, develops, and deploys core products with a focus on efficiency, implementing solutions that cover provisioning, CI/CD, monitoring, SLAs, performance optimization, and system uptime. The engineer will leverage Python and AI technologies to design, develop, and enhance AI workflows, implement multi-actor systems using modern agent patterns, and refine interactions using prompt engineering techniques.
