Qualifications:

Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, with experience working across mixed media including stills, design, and video.
Track record of growing reach and engagement, with examples of edited videos and their performance metrics.
Understanding of analytics platforms and ability to craft captivating, storytelling-led videos with viewership and engagement in mind.

Nice to Have:

Experience editing video podcasts or multicam footage.
Motion graphics or design skills.
Familiarity with CapCut, Descript, or AI-assisted editing tools.
