Job Description
The Senior IMC Manager leads the strategy and execution of fully integrated marketing communications that build brand equity, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results. This role blends strategic campaign leadership with hands-on enablement, developing in-house capabilities, processes, and creative agility to reduce reliance on external agencies.
Key responsibilities include developing the annual integrated communications strategy aligned to brand and commercial objectives, leading consumer-facing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, and building internal capabilities by establishing content frameworks and in-house creative processes. The role also involves partnering with the Senior Brand Manager, managing internal teams, orchestrating cross-functional planning, and implementing campaign measurement frameworks.
