Digital Community Associate

The Digital Community Associate will help shape and amplify Community Change’s voice through social media, toolkits, and advocacy materials that reflect the priorities and lived experiences of the communities we serve. Working closely with the Director of Digital Strategy and other members of the Communications and Organizing teams, the Digital Community Associate will manage and produce written content and engagement strategies that support Community Change’s organizing, advocacy, and narrative work on issues such as immigrant rights, economic justice, and racial equity. This person will play a key role in growing our reach, deepening engagement, and translating campaign goals into powerful, accessible content. Principal Responsibilities include drafting and maintaining a content calendar, developing digital advocacy materials, and assisting in online engagement efforts. They will also draft social media toolkits, collaborate on content development, and support the integration of digital storytelling into campaign narratives.
