Job Description

Mission Telecom is seeking a Strategic Partnership Executive to develop partnerships and sales opportunities, manage customer accounts, and foster an exceptional customer experience. The role involves sales, customer support, and relationship management. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans to add new partners, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and traveling to industry events.

The Executive will serve as the primary contact for accounts, conduct account reviews, and coordinate with internal teams. They will ensure a positive client experience, address client issues, and gather feedback. Offering product training and support is a must. They will collaborate with various departments and partners to align efforts with business strategies, and monitor sales performance, account activity, and client satisfaction through reports.

The ideal candidate will posess sales experience in relevant sectors, with a background in developing and implementing sales strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for social impact are essential. They should be able to work independently, manage time, and have strong leadership skills.
