Responsibilities:
- Facilitate timely customer service for current and prospective students.
- Screen and route telephone calls and distribute incoming faxes and mail.
- Track student data, prepare reports, and reconcile daily leads and applications.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Two to three years prior experience as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency with MS Office, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
Work Environment:
- Remote position based in US-CA-Ontario.
- Must maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a diverse community.
