New Business Advisor

Channel your experience to help other business owners scale, advising founders of $500K–$10M companies on how to scale sustainably and profitably. You’ll partner 1:1 with business owners to create and execute strategic growth plans.

Apply your firsthand experience leading teams, managing operations, and scaling a company. You will build a book of 10-20 clients, each relationship built on trust, accountability, and measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who has been the key operator or owner of a business between $2M–$10M in annual revenue and who has built and led a leadership team.

It is also great for someone who loves solving problems, coaching others, and seeing tangible results, and who wants flexibility, variety, and purpose, not another corporate role.
